PROJECT: 15m Patrol Boat

DESCRIPTION: The patrol vessel FPB15 is capable of delivering an outstanding support for the everyday inshore and offshore operations of maritime patrolling .The location of the wheelhouse gives an excellent sea keeping and observation functionality.
The super solid structural design of the vessel gives it an advantage of performing law enforcement and rescue missions flawlessly even in severe conditions .The vessel can reach speeds starting from 20 knots up to 40 knots with less hassle .   

We are proficient in producing both Inshore Patrol Vessels (IPV) and Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPV) and the potential to construct Patrol vessels ranging from of 12 to 70 meters in length. The construction could be of both steel or fibreglass based on the requirement.

The vessel is also designed with the capability to accommodate small weapons or arms in case of a combat situation of both close range and long range.

DESCRIPTION: “ECOWAYS EXPRESS" represent the transportation through Eco-Efficient Route, such as the Waterways and near costal that normally reduces the Land and Rail Transportation of innumerable vehicles and quite a lot of infrastructure spending for transporting Cargoes, thereby saving Huge Fuel consumption and enlarged CAPEX for Infrastructure and Facility Installation.

We Having Range of designs from Length 30m to 70m with Deadweight of 400Ton to 2500TON capacity. This can load only Containers or Cargo Cum Container according to the supplies requirement through Inland Waterways like River, Lake, and Landlocked Seas or near costal zones having a minimum depth of around 2.00 to 5.00 metres.

As per the theoretical research, we appreciate a great Suitability of Operation can be performed in Indian National Waterways (NW 1, 2 & 3).

DESCRIPTION: Mann – a Tug Boat series is exceptionally designed for performance and manoeuvrability since the manoeuvrability of a tug boat has been one of its assets; all the engine developments over the years have focused on the aspect of improving on it without compromising on the strength and power of the vessel. This is one such vessel that focuses on such phenomenon.

PROJECT: 9000 Ton Product Tanker

DESCRIPTION: 9000 Ton Product Tanker Series is designed for transporting various varieties of Fuel Oil types like Crude Oil, HFO, Diesel Oil, MGO and Distillate Oil. It is designed with extra effort for achieving Low Fuel Consumption compared to other Oil Tanker of the Same Size and also carrying added amount of Cargo. The Hull Form is designed for good performance and designed in such a way to keep Slamming Load and Wave Resistance to the Minimum. Less slamming load and wave resistance means good performance in harsh weather conditions. The vessel is divided into 10 Full cargo Tanks plus 2 Slop Tanks to take up the guaranteed load of 9000 MT of deadweight (as calculated for the minimum density 0.85 T/m3).

Propulsion is provided by single screw conventional shafting medium Speed or 2 nos Azimuth Propulsion units, which are supplied with Genset Power, in which the Diesel engines made of IMO Tier II (Updated Edition) or IMO Tier III Engines. These consume less Fuel in comparison to the present engines of same sizes and power, and emit very less NOx and SOx emissions. Emissions like NOx and SOx are greatly reduced to 10% and 10% respectively with Tier 3 Engines.
